Ashton Fisher Jimenez, M.S., LPC-S has spent her career supporting couples, families, and individuals attending therapy in Waco and Central Texas as they work to improve their relationships and regain relationship satisfaction and stability. She knows the effort it takes to set time aside to prioritize your mental health and relationships by accessing counseling services and works to break down barriers to engaging in the counseling process.

Ashton knows it's hard to manage the distractions that relationship stressors cause to our everyday lives and can help equip you to feel successful in your relationship again so you can resume focusing on other areas of life that you find important. If your relationship has experienced a betrayal or frequently ends up in gridlocked communication that leaves you feeling powerless and like you can't make progress during discussions, Ashton's training in Gottman Method techniques can assist you in resolving past hurts and creating a new relationship dynamic that you can enjoy and find safety in. Past hurts and relational traumas that feel stuck and are getting in the way of optimal relationship functioning can often also benefit from Ashton's training and certification as an EMDR Certified Therapist.

By offering 100% virtual counseling services across Texas, Ashton loves that she can make therapy accessible to more people. Through telehealth, couples and individuals are able to save on travel expenses and time, are prevented from having time away from other important relationships and responsibilities, and are able to access counseling from a space that feels comfortable to them without sacrificing clinical care or expertise. Life is busy and virtual therapy may be one way you create ease as you embark on your therapy journey.
