Resources We Love
Our therapy team at Becoming Counseling often finds ourselves recommending a lot of the same resources over and over again, so we wanted to create a list of our commonly referred resources for you to access and find in one easy space on our website! Bookmark this page and check back for updates as our recommended list grows.

We also know that many people struggle to access therapy for various reasons. Although we hope that you will eventually let us help you find a great fit for professional in-person or virtual counseling support within our team or in the Waco community, it is our hope that if you find yourself unable to access services at this time, you have some free and low-cost resources you can be exploring and supporting you while you wait.
**Please know that these resources are not a substitute for therapy. If you find that these resources are upsetting or causing you to experience heightened emotional experiences, we recommend that you contact and mental health professional to discuss this more or text or call "9-8-8" for mental health crisis support.
